After making FrostLoop for the GMTK 2025 game jam, I spent a week improving the art for that game.
Specifically making unique art for each of the trains.

Once I finished the art I bundled all of them up and sold them as assets of various game asset stores.
In that process I had to make a thumbnail image for those assets. For the thumbnail I turned to a new drawing tool.
InkScape.
InkScape lets you create Vector Art images. Vector art has the upside being able to scale up and down to any size without losing quality.
I needed 6 different sized thumbnails across all store pages. Rather than make 6 different images, I could create 1 image in InkScape and easily export it to the 6 different sizes I needed, without losing image quality.
Inkscape was a bit of a learning curve, but I will likely use it in the future for similar situations.
